This luxurious Lakeside apartment with shared Swimming pool is nestled amongst greenery on the shores of the charming village of Musso on Lake Como, providing stunning Lake and Mountain views and plenty of sunshine during your stay.

Ali sul Lago provides a modern and luxury open plan interior, with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, mounted flat screen TV and comfortable seating area which leads onto a sheltered terrace area with dining table, chairs and direct Lake Views to enjoy.

Accommodation comprises of a light and modern Master bedroom with King size bed, a second bedroom with a set of bunkbeds, ideal for children and 1 sofabed located in the living area, providing flexible accommodation for up to 5 guests. The bathroom is modern and also includes a washing machine for convenience during your stay.

Outside enjoy the generously sized shared Swimming Pool which is located in the beautiful grounds, directly on the sunny Lake front (unheated and open between May - September).

A car parking space is also provided near to the property for use during your stay.

Apartment on complex accessed by electric gates. Patio furniture and sun loungers.

Outside:

There are large communal gardens with shared pool (12m x 5m) open between May and October. Sun-lounges are available. Extra storage if needed is available in he cellar.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach is 500m.

Skiing:

Madesimo 1 hour away and St. Moritz 1.5 hours.

Travel:

From Menaggio, follow the main road to Colico (north of the lake), drive along for about 8km, pass Cremia town, then take the detour on the right before a tunnel (road sign to ‘Musso, Pianello Lario’). Nearest airports are Lugano 45 km (1 hr) and Milan - Bergamo 90km (1hr 40 mins).

Distances:

5 minutes walk to Musso centre, which has a number of restaurants, bars, bakery, and bank. Como town is 30 minutes drive away, which has many designer shops and boutiques. Mennagio is 10 minutes drive. Ferry terminal from Musso and a larger one at Dongo.
